La pel\u00edcula abarca setenta y dos horas en la vida del artista bohemio italiano Amedeo Modigliani, conocido por sus amigos como Modi, quien recorr\u00eda las calles del Par\u00eds desgarrado por la guerra en 1916. Mientras huye de la polic\u00eda, su deseo de poner fin a su carrera y abandonar la ciudad es descartado por sus compa\u00f1eros bohemios: el artista franc\u00e9s Maurice Utrillo, elbielorruso Cha\u00efm Soutine y la musa inglesa Beatrice Hastings. Modi busca consejo de su amigo y marchante de arte polaco, L\u00e9opold Zborowski. Sin embargo, tras una noche de alucinaciones, el caos en la mente de Modi llega a su punto m\u00e1ximo al enfrentarse con el coleccionista estadounidense Maurice Gangnat, quien tiene el poder de cambiar su vida.<\/div>\n
